Cancellation and Refund Policy
1.1. Full 100% amount refund for services cancelled 10 days before departure.
1.2. 50% refund for services cancelled 5 days before departure.
1.3. The Company undertakes to return the funds to the User in case of the Transfer cancellation at the initiative of the Carrier or caused by the Service.
1.4. Written request of cancellation / refund must be sended to info@helitaxi24.com (no messanger nor phone cancellation will be accepted).
